LIAB FLEXHOMES’ concept is a patented modular building system, based on a design principle using used 40 feet high cube standard container modules as structural system. The structure can be configured to meet many different purposes, multi storey, townhouses, cluster houses or individual villas and can be adapted to local challenges such as climate or earthquake issues, all prefabricated in our state of the art factory facility in the UAE.

It is a certainty that with this form of modular building system, the price and construction period is decreased by 50-60% comparing to normal buildings. Building components are prefabricated in supervision of our team of educated building constructors, keeping the standard of quality and pace and reduces the changes of errors as well as the on site construction. The design allows a high quality industrial production in high quantity and distribution using standard shipping container transport, which give us the possibility to deliver your new LIAB FLEXHOME anywhere.

A beautiful container park?

A well designed, turn key solution

An example of a Urgent Housing Solution setup and outside area. A container park doesn’t necessarily have to be a bad view or place. We at LIAB FLEXHOMES can both deliver a turn key solution, but you can also order the container homes solo. (minimum order is 10 units) Our factory in UAE can produce up to 5 container homes per day.

The 1 Bedroom LIAB Urgent housing apartment

This one-bedroom containerhome can accommodate 5 people, 2 in the bedroom and 3 in the living room, meant for a family. In times of crisis it is as a family important to stay as unaffected as possible and even more to stay together.

The design is as close to a home as possible, with the parents bedroom in one end, a living room with kitchen and dining area, a private restroom with toilet and shower cabin and for the kids a fold-out queen sized bed. Situated like a normal home with rooms and doors to make space when needed.

With the sofabed in the living room unfolded into a Queen size bed.

The 2 Bedroom Urgent Housing Solution from LIAB Flexhomes

This two-bedroom containerhome can accommodate 8 people, 4 in each room, which makes this line up the lowest priced containerhome per person accommodated. It is practical and features all necessary needs. Every room features a 3-person bunk bed and a bench that can be converted into a bed.

A private restroom with toilet and shower cabin is available in each room as well as a living area with a table and chairs. This design features no kitchen, as cleanliness is essential when more people are sharing the same space; a bigger communal kitchen is available elsewhere. This line up has different functionalities, made in an attempt to provide a comfortable environment.
